In recent years,usage of plastic sheeting and coverage levels are living in the world's first,functional plastic sheeting has become a major development trend of plastic sheeting,the general trend is towards high-performance,multi-functional,professional,serial,comprehensive development of technology integration and other direction.General functional plastic sheeting the following aspects:uneven distribution of light,leaf or fruit presence burns,crop quality varies.To solve the above problem,diffuse scattering film has become a hot research field of agriculture.To solve the above problem,the scattering nano additives(NANO-MSS)was prepared to a masterbatch and using three co-extruded blow molding process.Then polyethylene plastic sheeting(PE/NANO-MSS)with different diffuse scattering rate was prepared by a melt intercalation and evaluated practical application of PE/NANO-MSS.In the second basis will optimize polyethylene plastic sheeting with a diffuse scattering function in Nantong Chen Yang ecological vineyards a large-scale application experiments,the specific contents as follows:(1)Preparation and Properties of Nano diffuse scattering polyethylene film.First,three kinds of nano-diffuse scattering masterbatch(NANO-MSS-1,2,3)were prepared by a melt intercalation.The different diffuse scattering rate of three co-extruded polyethylene nano diffuse scattering film(PE/NANO-MSS-0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)was prepared by two second melt intercalation polymerization method.The effect of the diffuse scattering of nano aid adding content in different layers,reaction conditions,and other additives added manner and synergy of its physical and chemical properties on the different wavelengths of light transmittance/diffuse scattering rate/light quality was also investigated.The structure,morphology,and physical properties of three co-extruded polyethylene diffuse scattering film were characterized by FTIR,XRD,TG,FA,UV-Vis-NIR,TEM.The effect of NANO-MSS on mechanical properties of the film was also investigated.The films showed excellent mechanical properties and the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength at right angles are much larger than the predetermined value range GB.XRD and TEM showed that the diffuse scattering nano additives had been exfoliated and well dispersed within the the PE matrix.The PE/NANO-MSS has a diffuse scattering function due to the presence of such nano-sheet structure.FTIR,UV-Vis-NIR and FA test showed that PE/NANO-MSS film's transmittance/diffuse scattering rate/relative balance of light quality,in line with the growth of the desired plants.The thermal stability of PE/NANO-MSS film was better than that of pure PE.The onset of the thermal decomposition of PE/NANO-MSS(0.4%)film greatly shifted toward higher temperature compared with pure PE.For PE/NANO-MSS(0.4%)film,the initial temperature of thermal degradation increased by 37.7?,compared with pure PE.(2)Polyethylene diffuse scattering film field experiments was studied.The greenhouse facilities were monitored using facility greenhouse environmental factors real time monitoring system for PE/NANO-MSS(0.4%)and the control film(PE/DZ)environmental factors(soil temperature,light intensity).The PE/NANO-MSS influence within the greenhouse microclimate was discussed through the annual follow-up analysis of environmental factors.(3)The mechanism of PE/NANO-MSS affecting grapes was explored by studying the morphology of PE,yield,quality of PE/NANO-MSS model crops(grapes).
