With the development of modern agriculture in the direction of specialization,refinement and specification,the specialized development of agricultural film has been put on the agenda.Developing the special agricultural film,which is suitable for value-added crops,such as peaches,winter jujubes and grapes,playing an important role in satisfying people's daily life,promoting rural economy development,enriching farmers and so on.Currently,there are several problems existing in the process of nectarine cultivation:First,peaches are positive fruits.But they often suffer from inefficient light and low light quality,which impact the facilities nectarine colors,quantity and quality.Second,strong direct sunlight during summer time will cause burning or browning to crop leaves while insufficient sunlight during winter will result in less photosynthesis and thus retard crop growth.Third,functional agricultural films have many disadvantages in that they not only drop and fog dissipation quickly,but the drop and anti-fog agent can easily transfer and lose from surface,and blooming as well.Fourth,the growth of nectarine has a high requestment for temperature and light intensity,the existing functional plastic film can not achieve the intelligent control of light and temperature.Therefore,it has been a great problem to be solved in nectarine industry that develop a new functional agricultural film,which the new multi-agricultural film set longevity anti-aging,anti-drip,anti-fog,high insulation,light,diffuse scattering,multifunctional film life and function synchronization.In consideration of the aforementioned situation,this article chose EVA and PO films due to their good thermal insulation property.Master batch was prepared with the addition of the nano-diffuse scattering light-conversion agent(NANO-MSS-ZG).The triple layer co-extrusion blow molding process and melt intercalation were subsequently carried out for the preparation of different matrix nano photo-conversion film(EVA/NANO-MSS-ZG,PO/NANO-MSS-ZG).Film structure and properties were characterized.The field experiments were carried out in nectarine farms of Dangshan county of Anhui Province.The results of EVA/NANO-MSS-ZG,PO/NANO-MSS-ZG were analyzed.The following summaries the main findings:(1)Preparation of EVA-based nano photo-conversion film for nectarine.Nano photo-conversion master batch was prepared by the method of melt intercalation with the addition of nano photo-conversion agent and other processing agent.The triple layer co-extrusion blow molding production process was applied for the preparation of EVA substrate nano photo-conversion film.Characterization of the physical and chemical properties of nectarine nano photo-conversion films were carried out by XRD,FT-IR,TG,FA,mechanical properties and photoelectric haze analysis.(2)The field experiment of EVA-based nano photo-conversion film for nectarine:The environmental factors of the conversion film and the control greenhouse were monitored by the real estate monitoring system of the environmental protection of the greenhouse.The effect of light transfer film on the microclimate in greenhouse was studied by tracking and analyzing the environmental factors,such as soil temperature,air temperature,air humidity,light intensity.The effects of EVA/NANO-MSS-ZG on the growth of crops were discussed on the appearance(shape,color,uniformity)of the nectarine in the growing season(germination period,flowering period,long leaf stage,maturation stage)and nectarine fruit.(3)Preparation of PO-based nano photo-conversion film for nectarine:In order to further improve the greenhouse light intensity and anti-drip property,a PO film with better insulation was used as the matrix.Nano photo-conversion master film was prepared using the same above mentioned process.The corona and coating steps in the production process was increased.Characterization of physical and chemical properties of nectarine nano photo-conversion films were carried out by XRD,FT-IR,TG,FA,mechanical properties and photoelectric haze analysis.(4)The field experiment of PO-based nano photo-conversion film for nectarine:Based on the analysis of the environmental factors of PO/NANO-MSS-ZG in February,the soil temperature,air temperature and air humidity were higher than the control greenhouse,indicating that the insulation function was maintained during the winter.PO/NANO-MSS-ZG light transfer film of the light intensity is higher than that in the control greenhouse and there is no EVA/NANO-MSS-ZG "frosting phenomenon".The light intensity of PO/NANO-MSS-ZG was higher than that of the control shed,and the light transmittance was further increasing due to the good matching in the NANO-MSS-ZG and other additives in PO/NANO-MSS-ZG.This is why PO/NANO-MSS-ZG had higher light transmittance than PO/DZ.Results showed that nectarine flowering time using PO/NANO-MSS-ZG film is about 7?8 days earlier than those in control greenhouse.In summary,these two special films can make greatly improve environment factors and crop quality to meet needs of modern horticulture.
