Research On Technology Introduction Mode Of Inner Mongolia Yitai Group

The technology introduction mode of China private enterprises is always the focus of researchers,which is also an obstacle for private enterprises to make leap forward development at present.Because of the special institutional environment of China,The pioneer entrepreneurs have formed a corresponding thinking pattern,which is not fit for enterprise's current development.For the enterprises,which has survived the start-up stage,if they want to achieve structure transformation and industry upgrade,they must change their thinking pattern,and undertake necessaryinstitution innovation.Technology introduction is an important way for private enterprise to make industry transformation,and the mode selection of technology introduction is a major strategy choice for private enterprise's development.This research takes the YIYAI group co.ltd of Inner Mongolia as a sample,which has a legendary explore experience in its start-up stage,carried out many kinds way to make industry transformation,and eventually catch a opportunity to introduce the indirect liquefaction technology of coal.From the perspective of corporate governance,with the approach of case study,we figure out why YITAI turned into the greatest local private coal enterprise of Inner Mongolia,i.e.YITAI has form an effective corporate governance arrangement,which by means of stock rights incentive mechanism etc.has not only solve the interest conflict in enterprise,but perfectly control the patent of indirect coal liquefaction technology by stockpartnership.This technology introduction by corporate governance innovation has motivated the work enthusiasm of technology researcher,and accelerated the transform of technology to productivity.Bone out of a state owed enterprise,YITAI has accumulated many good experiences on the exploration of stock rights reformation.YITAI's technology introduction by stock right innovation is also base on its former stock rights institution.We hope this case study about YIYAI group can provide some references for other private enterprises' industry upgrade,transformation,and technology introduction.
