Due to the excellent nonlinear optical properties,graphene has wide application prospect in the field of nonlinear optical materials.The nonlinear optical mechanism include nonlinear scatting(NLS),saturable absorption(RA)and twophoton absorption(TPA).The molecular structure of phthalocyanine with large n electron conjugated system can be modified,and are an active part in the field of nonlinear optical(NLO)materials research.New kind of materials can be prepared through the method of combination of graphene and pthalocyanine.Several amino pthalocyanine with different central metal was synthesized.Two kinds of composite materials was prepared.One kind of material is graphene-phthalocyanine compound with covalent bonding by amidation reaction.The other kind of material is the mixture of graphene and amino pthalocyanine in DMSO solution.The structure of the bond materials has been characterized using Infrared spectroscopy,UV-vis absorption spectrum,Raman spectra and photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The third-order nonlinear optical properties of phthalocyanine,Graphene oxide,and the the bond materials of phthalocyanine-Graphene oxide were investigated by nanosecond Z-scan measurements at under the experimental conditions of 532nm and 4 ns.The third order nonlinear susceptibilities of the same concentration were compared in the following DMSO solution,such as GO-Pc,phthalocyanine and GO solution,to investigate the third-order nonlinear optical properties.GO-Pc bonding materials exhibited excellent third-order nonlinear optical properties compared to pthalocyanine,GO and the mixture of phthalocyanine and GO.The results indicate that electronic transfer between the graphene oxide and Pc has a significant influence on the non-linear optical properties of graphene oxide.The mechanism of nonlinear optics for bonding materials can be deduced from the effect of nonlinear scattering,excited state absortption.
