In recent years,with the rapid development of the world's oil industry,more and more oil researchers recognize that the completion plays an important role in the development process of the oil and gas fields,so the technology of completion has been developed rapidly.The level of completion design and the quality of construction have a vital influence in achieving desired targets and economic benefits in oil field development.The Cambrian Longwangmiao formation in the Moxi region belongs to the high temperature,pressure,production,and acid gas containing reservoir.The gas reservoir development,strong heterogeneity,and reservoir permeability difference is obvious.Based on a full understanding of the reservoir characteristics,in view of the complex situation,this paper carried out research on the technology of well completion.To evaluate the well completion method in the way of considering the factors of reservoir characteristics,the technical requirements of engineering and wellbore stability,and applying evaluation index system of Completion of adaptability that has been established and according to the evaluation results,recommend the casing perforation completion;Consider the corrosion problem,optimizing the pipe material that resisting to H2S and CO2,and recommend the tubing size under different conditions(using ? 88.9mm tubing when proration<100×104m3/d,allocation of 100?160×104m3/d using? 114.3mm tubing)and casing size,design a set of well completion pipe string;To maximize productivity,For someone,perforation parameters,perforating fluid and TCP are designed and then perforation plan is recommended.Apply the recommended scheme to the Longwangmiao formation gas reservoir,through the contrast we know that the recommended scheme is better;Finally,according to the scene of the wellhead,calculate the temperature distribution in wellbore,analyze the the reason for the rise of the wellhead that casing elongation caused by temperature rise in the production process,so we suggest that the production wells should be reasonable allocation,reduce the switching frequency and strengthen the monitoring wells.
