In order to improve the physical and chemical properties of the raw starch, firstly, first modified the starch, the best process of starch grafted polyacrylic acid methyl ester was got,the specific experimental procedure is to configure the 200g com starch and a certain amount of distilled water into starch milk, dropping monomer methyl acrylate and initiator solution slowly, the reacted at 65 ?for 3h,the reaction process continued to pass protective gas N2.Washed and dried to obtain product starch grafted poly(methyl acrylate). In order to improve the adsorption of heavy metals on the modified starch and its resistance to microbial degradation,L-arginine was added to the StMA as a matrix and L-arginine was immobilized on the StMA macromolecule under acidic conditions.A natural polymer resin,StMA-L-Arginine(StMA-Arg),was synthesized. The reaction conditions were optimized by single factor experiments. The structures of the products were characterized by Raman spectroscopy(RAM),13CNMR,XRD and GPC.In order to expand the application of modified starch-based materials, antibacterial membrane and porous microspheres were prepared by using StMA-Arg as raw material. The effects of L-Arg immobilization(IR)on the hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of the fillms were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of StMA-Arg films were significantly improved compared with native starch films, and the hydrophobicity was enhanced.StMA-Arg with 7.48%IR and its film showed obvious arntibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, and the bacteriostasis circle of the membrane was small, which is a contact bacteriostasis.Soil weight loss experiments showed that the weight loss rate of StMA-Arg(IR = 7.48%)film was 27.90%after 40 days, which was much lower than that of natural starch film(weight loss rate of 72.15%after 40 days).Using scanning electron microscopy to observe the microsphere appearance,it can be observed that the surface of the modified porous starch microspheres prepared in this paper has uniform size and uniform distribution of pores(pore size of about 10?m),its removal efficiency of heavy metal ions compared with the original starch has been significantly increased The maximum removal rate for Cu2+ and Ni2+ can reach 74.53%and 67.57%.,it is expected to serve as a substrate for a potential environmental remediation material.
