Aqueous solutions of substance in nature contain endless information.The information includes the impact to the environment of one substance,two substances and more than two substances.The impact to the environment of one kind of aqueous solution is the impact of all substances in the aqueous solution.At present,there is no material to keep the information in its memory and scientists have no idea to make full use of the information.In our work,we design and make a chip using the idea and the way of high throughput technology to store information of aqueous solutions of substance.Also,we try to analyze the information on the chip to explore the impact to the environment of the aqueous solution.Aqueous solution in the environment is the object people want to transform.The more the information of aqueous solution we know the better we can use and protect them.At present,people know little about the information of aqueous solution in the environment and the way we get the information is complex.So we try our best to design a method to save the information and then be analyzed in the computer.High throughput technology(HTT)is a technical system that one test can obtain tens of millions of results and the results then can be analyzed and managed in the computer.Depending on the thought and technological means of the HTT,we design and make a kind of micro plate by an ink-jet printer to store the information of different aqueous solutions of substance.Then,with an ultrasonic atomizer we acquire the results.Based on the color reaction of free amino acids with ninhydrin,the results are imaging on the micro plate.The images are scanned and saved to computer.At last,we can deal with the images and analyze them.The main conclusions are as follows,(1)We design a method to save the information of aqueous solution;Ink-jet printing is used to make the chip to save the information;Chemical reagents we used are selected at suitable type and concentration;(2)We design and set up the reaction equipment;We sure the quality of solutions under test.Visualization method was tested to be feasible;(3)We think of tow methods to extract features of the information in the images.One is to generate contours and the other is select characteristic region.Features we extracted are amount,area and area proportion of those areas;(4)We test the continuity,uniqueness and applicability of the chip.The innovation in my paper is that we design a method to save the information of aqueous solution in the environment.This method can save the information simply and conveniently.The information can be analyzed by computer and researchers can use the information further.Since our knowledge and ability are limited,we can do just a little.To analyze those images needs wider and deeper understanding of the HTT and the knowledge of big data and statistics and skilled practice of related computer software.The study also require us researchers have the attitude of wading across the river by feeling stones and inquisitive mind.We believe the information of those images which would be kept forever will be fully used by humans in the future.
