Research On The Spatial Pattern And Evolution Of The Coupling Between Urbanization And Ecological Environment In Tourist Destinations

Urbanization is an inevitable stage of historical development.It is a process of population concentration,expansion of urban areas and improvement of lifestyle under the industrial economy,coupling with huge ecological pressure and environmental degradation.At the same time,ecological environment has a restriction effect on the urbanization by expulsion of population and policy intervention.Tourist areas as a kind of special geographical type,significant environmental dependence makes the contradiction between urbanization and ecological environment more prominent,has become a scientific problem to be solved.The international cultural tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui has deeply excavated the cultural advantages,and has made great efforts to strengthen the industrial chain around cultural tourism,leaded the development of tourism in the whole region and explored green,low carbon,ecological urbanization.Based on the socio-economic data,remote sensing image,land-use data and field survey results of four sections of the international cultural tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui from 2000 to 2015.This paper attempts to construct the evaluation index of urbanization and eco-envionment of tourist areas.By using the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the spatial pattern and evolution of coupling coordination between urbanization and eco-environment in the area and discuss its driving mechanism to propose a development strategy for promoting the coordinated development of urbanization and eco-environment in tourist areas.From the perspective of spatial pattern,first of all,the regional units of the spatial types are gradually transferred from the antagonistic phase to the running-in phase to coordination phase.Urbanization and ecological environment were in a dynamic coupling for a long time.The overall appearance of urbanization lagging behind the ecological environment has not been changed.The space showed a significant imbalance,forming a distribution pattern of "two mountains and three valleys".Secondly,the obvious core-edge binary structure was found in the spatial correlation features,which formed the hotspot zone centered in Huangshan city and the cold spot centered in Qianshan county.Finally,on the evolution of spatial structure,south-north direction,as the main driving force to promote spatial evolution,made its spatial structure undergo the development process of "polar-core type-axial type",and develop toward the ultimate goal of "plate type".In terms of the driving mechanism of spatial differentiation,it showed obvious characteristics of space-time heterogeneity.Core influencing factors in different regions changed at different periods,forming a comprehensive driving mechanism that takes resource elements as foundation,government behaviors as exogenous power,science and technology as endogenous power,economic factors as direct motivation,opening up as the driving force,tourism development as the fundamental driving force.From the point of development strategy,based on the mechanism of spatial differentiation of coupling coordination degree,according to four kinds of regional types and tourism development planning in the international cultural tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui,putting forward the core radiation,axis expansion,complementary countermeasures.In summary,the international cultural tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui fully embodies the development of tourism as a pillar industry,joint related industries,infiltrate and integrate key industries,"promoting urbanization through tourism development,promoting urbanization through production,urban-rural integration and human-environment coordination" concept,which is a model to study the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in tourist areas.Studying the spatial pattern and driving mechanism of coupling coordination between urbanization and eco-environment in the international cultural tourism demonstration area in southern Anhui helps to explore the spatial trajectory of urbanization of tourist areas and provide a pilot and demonstration role for green urbanization of tourist areas from the perspective of tourism geography.
