Design Of Control System For Dry Sandblasting Machine With Cemented Carbide Blades

Carbide inserts are used more and more widely now.Honing with dry sand blasting machine is very important for production of carbide insert.Quality of honing with dry sand blasting decides the quality of the carbide insert directly.Control of honing with dry sand blasting during production becomes very important.Using the way of automatic control for honing with dry sand blasting,Can reduce artificial workload,increase production capacity,reduce the production cost of carbide insert,Also can increase the stability of the inserts and improve the quality of carbide inserts.First of all,this thesis analyzes the principle of honing with dry sand blasting and the equipment used,and the advantages that compared with other methods of honing.At the same time,I give detailed explanation about process,the hardware structure,function for all the process flows of dry sand blasting equipment(including loading system,sand elevator system,sieving system,dust collecting system,sand blasting system,cleaning system and unloading system).The control system of each stage is analyzed in detail,I also give the detailed explanation the hardware design(including selection of hardware),software design and main function design of the control system.After that,the control system design(PLC,I/O)of each system(stage)is described in detail.I lists the major issues in the debugging phase,the possible failures of equipment,and the corresponding solutions to the faults.The advantages of the equipment are explained from the quality of the inserts(Appearance of inserts,Honing value of inserts,Roughness of inserts)produced by the equipment.Finally,the thesis lists improvement issues when used for production,improvement measures and results after improvement.The research direction of follow-up research is also expounded.
