Job-shop scheduling has always been a hot issue in manufacturing enterprises.Many data have proved that job-shop scheduling problems are NP complete problems.The computation of these problems increases exponentially with the complexity of the problems,which is extremely difficult to get an optimal solution.Heuristic algorithm would not only be relatively easy to implement,but also maintain a good algorithm performance in complex scheduling problems in actual producing process.Accordingly,it is widely used in the design process of production scheduling.The study object of this paper is to optimize the scheduling of tobacco production in tobacco industry.The specific object is two parallel production lines,which are not exactly the same but have sharing parts.Under the multiple constraints of process path,equipment performance,product formula,equipment connection and so on,production scheduling becomes more complicated.The status and problems of production scheduling are described through the production history data,and the optimization and improvement requirements are put forward.The two parallel production lines of the silk making workshop frequently conflict when competing for some resources,which results in wasting resources,so the actual production time is much longer than the theoretical time.Therefore,a dual priority allocation Heuristic algorithm based on production time is designed in this paper.It requires to arrange all production tasks according to the priority allocation reles,and then abtains a Heuristic algorithm quadratic opitimization.By the design of the Heuristic algorithm opitimization,tobacco production scheduling has a certain flexibiaty and will withstand some unexpected problems shortly.However,the actual production process can not be completely consistent with the established plan,because equipment failure and executive deviation will affect the production scheduling.Therefore,this paper designs a dynamic scheduling algorithm for some abnormal conditions based on static scheduling in order to ensure the production scheduling is always in a better level.Finally,with the actual data of HY cigarette factory production example,the effectiveness of the design algorithm is verified by simulating the scheduling process of production scheduling.
