With the development of parallel machine tool,the requirement of CNC system of machine tool is becoming more and more higher,the traditional CNC system cannot be satisfied,open numerical control system began to appear in the sight of people,with its unique advantages is widely used,at the same time,accelerate the development of the parallel machine tool.In this paper,a parallel machine tool with redundant slider is used to study the open CNC system and path planning.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,introduce the structure and parameters of the machine tool,solve the forward and inverse solution problem of kinematics analysis,and the velocity and acceleration equations of machine tools are deduced,analyzes the stress condition of each branched chain with redundant slider are located in different position.Secondly,the hardware and software structure of the CNC system is introduced,and the CNC module and HMI module in the CNC system are developed,and the real-time display of the real axis is realized on the human-machine interface.The interpolation method of the CNC system is also studied,two interpolation methods are put forward.Then,considering the characteristics of the machine,the path planning of machine tool is studied,and summarizes the common lack of acceleration and deceleration control method,this paper proposes an acceleration and deceleration control method of five period based on polynomial;Combined with the acceleration and deceleration control method,planning path of machine to ensure the smooth,fast and precise motion.Finally,the electrical system of the machine tool is designed,and the spindle control method in the spindle module and the electronic handwheel module in the interface module are further studied.Finally,the electrical system debugging of the machine tool is completed.
