Since the 20 th century,along with Chinese people inventing e-cigarettes by Han Li,people's health awareness has gradually increased and the form of international tobacco control has become severe.The electronic cigarette industry is developing rapidly as an emerging industry,so China is the world's largest producer of electronic cigarettes.At present,electric heating is the main heating method of electronic cigarettes,but some problems are gradually exposed.For example,heating and vaporization of electric heating wires causes overheating and uneven heating,and new ultrasonic atomization technology causes larger smoke particles and poor taste.Therefore,the new atomization method of e-cigarettes needs further research.In order to study the new atomization method of electronic cigarettes and achieve the best taste,firstly,conduct a comparative analysis of the research status of micro atomization technology at home and abroad in the early stage of the experimental project,and comprehensively study the micro atomization technology and the characteristics of electronic cigarettes.After the defects in the application of electronic aerosolization,the research topic of micro-infrared radiation heating atomization was determined;secondly,the problems related to the current electronic heating method of the heating wire were explained through experiments,and the theory of infrared radiation heating was introduced and determined through experimental tests.The infrared absorption characteristics of e-cigarette liquid solve the theoretical problem of atomization;then,the infrared radiation theory and the infrared absorption characteristics of e-liquid smoke are based on the comparison test of the temperature rise characteristics of different infrared components,combined with the response characteristics of e-cigarettes.The important indicators are to determine the infrared radiation heating elements and further study the radiation characteristics of the infrared radiation heating elements,which will guide the design of the atomizers in the later period;Finally,according to the three ways of heat energy transfer,infrared radiation heating atomization research will be established.Thermal model.According to the actual temperature of the infrared heating element,an electronic smoking article control system based on the infrared heating characteristic was designed.After the feasibility verification of the electronic aerosolization program,combined with the feasibility of the actual program,based on the law of thermal radiation,using infrared radiation heating method,developed an infrared heating atomized electronic cigarette engineering prototype.Briefly explain the principle of the smoke volume test equipment,and conduct smoke density measurement on the infrared radiation-heated electronic cigarette engineering prototype.The experimental results show that the smoke concentration of this engineering prototype can reach the smoke density standard of medium electronic cigarettes,and at the same time,uniform heating is achieved,and the smoke particles after heating have a relatively small taste.The problem of uneven heating of vaporization of the electronic heating wire of the electronic cigarette and poor taste of the ultrasonically atomized particles are solved,which has a profound influence on the healthy development of the electronic cigarette industry.
