Phosphate ore is an important strategic resource in China.The recovery of low-grade or middle-grade phosphate rock is the basic way to expand the phosphate rock resources.However,the beneficiation process and technology is a bottleneck.Research of beneficiation process on low-grade colloidal phosphate rock in Jinning Phosphate Mine is carried out in this dissertation.The ore contains 18.59%of P2O5,2.64%of Mg O,37.37%of Si O2,and27.55%of Ca O.It is a high-silica-type collophanite.The main phosphorus mineral in the ore is colloidal fluoroapatite?gelatinite?,and the main gangue minerals are quartz,chalcedony,and dolomite.The positive flotation and positive-reverse flotation process tests were carried out,in which the effect of grinding fineness,regime of agent and processing flowsheet on the flotation were investigated.With the single positive flotation process,a phosphorus concentrate with the P205 grade of23.57%and the recovery rate of 55.37%was obtained.With the selective flocculation positive-reverse flotation process,a phosphorus concentrate with the P205 grade of 29.08%and the recovery rate of 74.77%.The addition of selective flocculant?DZ?increased the recovery raterather than the concentrate grade.The optimized dosage of selective flocculant DZ is 1200g/t with sodium silicate of 3000g/t,the stirred speed of 2200r/min and the slurry concentration of 30.00%.The selective flocculation positive-negative flotation process identified in this paper is characterized in short process,simple operation and good performance,which provides a potential process technology for the recovery of low-grade phosphate rock in Jinning.
