In the welding process,the welded structure is widely used in each process of manufacturing,including the manufacturing and assembly of components.As part of the welded structure,the welded part of the weldment has high damage to the welded part due to the internal welding residual stress,which can easily lead to a decrease in the mechanical properties such as strength and toughness of the welded structure of the pressure vessel and thus affect the manufacturing quality of the pressure vessel.Therefore,to study the mechanism of reducing the residual stress of welding is the main content of this topic,that is,to study the methods and key technologies for reducing the residual stress.Based on the existing scientific research,theoretical analysis,finite element numerical simulation and experimental analysis,the following sections were studied:1.Calculate and analyze the formation cause of the residual stress of the weldment,push the electromagnetic pulse to reduce the residual stress of the weldment and the feasibility of the method through the Maxwell's equation theory;2.For the residual stress measurement of the welded part,the X-ray diffraction method is used for non-destructive testing.It can be seen that the value of the welding residual stress is changed before and after the electromagnetic field treatment,and the best processing technology parameters are obtained;3.Establish the geometric finite element model of the welding simulation process,simulate the welding process using the life-and-death element method,analyze the distribution of the residual stress and deformation of the welding,and use the ANSYS electromagnetic unit to simulate the electromagnetic field to verify the feasibility of the method.Through coupling analysis,the residual is obtained: Does the stress change?4.Test verification is conducted to verify the effect of welding parts on the mechanical properties of welds through electromagnetic field treatment.Through tensile,bending and impact tests and mechanical performance tests,the strength,toughness,etc.of welds at weld joints are analyzed,and mechanical properties are obtained through tests.Variety;5.Through comparative test analysis and theoretical numerical simulation analysis,it is concluded that the method for handling welding residual stress of welded parts is feasible and reasonable,and the best key technical parameters under this method.
