With the rapid development of society and economy,the excessive exploitation and utilization of river water resources by humans have caused serious damage to river ecosystem service functions,such as shrinking watercourses,water pollution,drastic decline in aquatic animals and plants,and so on.Therefore,restoring the service function of river ecosystem and maintaining the sustainable health of river ecosystem is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above problems,this paper discusses the ecological service function of reservoir area and downstream river,and takes Xinfengjiang reservoir as a case to study the ecological service value of Xinfengjiang reservoir and its downstream.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research results of river ecological service function at present and classifies the service function of reservoir and downstream river ecosystem with reference to the previous research results.A total of 5 categories and 16 items are included.This paper introduces the evaluation methods of service function value of river ecosystem: direct market method,alternative market method and hypothetical market evaluation method,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.(2)Using the method of river ecosystem service value evaluation,16 ecological service values of reservoirs and downstream rivers are evaluated,and the relationship between the regulating discharge of reservoirs and the discharge of various service functions is determined.The mathematical model between the regulating flow of reservoir and the flow of each service function is established.(3)The concept of reservoir ecosystem service value dispatching is briefly introduced.Based on previous research results of reservoir operation and reservoir ecological operation,a mathematical model for optimal operation of reservoir ecosystem service value is established,including constraint conditions for implementing reservoir eco value scheduling.(4)This paper briefly introduces the research status of particle swarm optimization(PSO),and summarizes the biological principle,algorithm principle and algorithm flow of PSO.Based on MATLAB toolbox and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the programcode is compiled in combination with the model of reservoir ecological service value optimization.(5)Taking Xinfengjiang Reservoir as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of the reservoir area and its downstream.According to the actual situation of Xinfengjiang Reservoir,the ecological service function value of Xinfengjiang Reservoir is evaluated.Based on MATLAB toolbox,the optimization calculation of ecological service value of Xinfengjiang reservoir is carried out by using particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the optimization result of ecological service value dispatching of Xinfengjiang reservoir is analyzed.
