Study On Ecological Compensation Strategy Of Wolong Lake Wetland In Kangping County Based On Ecological Service Evaluation

As a natural inland lake wetland,wolong lake wetland in kangping county is rich in animal and plant resources and of great value in aquaculture,climate regulation,water conservation,scientific research and culture,and ecological service function of biodiversity.On the basis of maintaining functional value of ecological services of wolong lake wetland,the kangping county administrative department has implemented the ecological compensation policy for farmers around wolong lake.This will affect the effect of the implementation of ecological compensation policy.While protecting the interests of farmers,the subject that needs to be studied to better implement the policy.This study was analyzed the basic situation of wolong lake wetland in kangping county,conducted corresponding textual research,and analyzed the factors affecting the ecological compensation of wolong lake wetland and the problems existing in the implementation process of ecological compensation on the basis of field investigation and questionnaire survey.And the use of ecological environment and other departments to provide relevant data,according to the basic principle of ecology,by ecological value assessment model,by using market value method,condition value method,shadow engineering method,calculate the kangping wolong lake aquaculture function value of 013.8 million yuan,water conservation function value of 027.4 million yuan,climate regulation function value is RMB 246 million,biodiversity for function of 063.1 million yuan,120 million yuan,the scientific research culture.Therefore,the upper limit of the ecological compensation can be calculated,the general situation of the research area can be summarized and summarized,and the lower limit of the ecological compensation can be obtained through the logistic regression analysis of the survey results of the willingness to be compensated.The lower limit of the ecological compensation is 6747.7 yuan.According to the local economic development level,the ecological compensation amount is adjusted by combining the engel coefficient of kangping county in 2017 with the peele growth curve.The upper limit of ecological compensation after adjustment is 136.3 million yuan.According to current situation of the study area,the related factors influencing the ecological compensation,ecological compensation policy problems arising from the implementation process,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages compared with other wetland,and the relevant conclusions,formulating the correspondingcountermeasures and Suggestions,improving kangping county wolong lake wetland management mechanism,make greater use of the wetland value,increase welfare for residents.
