Coking production is much more complex in many industrial processes.To realize the optimization of comprehensive production index in coking production process,the key is to control the energy consumption of coking intelligently and rationally.On the basis of full analysis of the characteristics and the process of coking production,the paper makes an adaptive analysis of the applicati on of the algorithm in the coking production,and chooses the axiomatic fuzzy set algorithm(AFS algorithm)as the theoretical basis.Besides,the influencing factors are determined by the analysis of the report of coking data.According to these,it build s up a comprehensive production index model of coking production process based on AFS algorithm,and the optimization process of the model results.In the process of coking production,there are many related factors,and the factors interact with each othe r,even the adjustment has hysteresis quality.According to these characteristics,a mathematical model based on fuzzy semantic rules and logical reasoning is established.First of all,with the reasonable analysis of coking production data collection,we extract 10 factors and establish two sets of database;then,analyzing the coking production date by membership function,it determines the membership classification parameters and achieves connection of data to algorithm,which reduce manual participation.Through the massive data input database,we obtained complex semantics of heat consumption in low coking set and the training accuracy reached 77.81%,the test data reached 76.67%,basically meet the production requirements,and finally get the coking production optimization parameters control range.With the increase of input data,the output semantic set is also getting largr.Therefore,through the analysis of complex semantic sets,it is found that the number of related complex semantics is a lot,a nd there are still some limitations for practical applications.To solve this problem,an optimization reduction process based on parameter adjustment and frequency combination is put forward.The reduction result meets the general rule of actual productio n,and improves the practical value of AFS algorithm in coking industry production.
