In recent years,the competition among coking enterprises become fiercer and fiercer because of the saturation of demand for coke in the domestic market.Apart from comprehensive production target of coking,hierarchical control system was adopted to realize the unified operation of coking production before stable production and enough yield to increase enterprises' competitive rates and survival rates.Many index such as the qualities of products,yield,energy consumption and even the integrated production target of coking will depend on the performance of this system.The purpose of performance evaluation of control system is to analyze and judge the system state for using the system performance to guide workers to take some measures.Hence,it's highly necessary to do the performance evaluation of coking control system.Firstly,the intensive study for the coking mechanism and principle was made.Depending on the hierarchical control structure,the coking systems were divided into three hierarchies,including coordinated-optimized hierarchy,advanced control hierarchy and basic process hierarchy.After the qualities assessing of these three hierarchies,twelve featured and independent indexes were picked up.In this paper,these twelve indexes were classified into economy,stability and safety to simplify the assessment process via the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build the model of performance assessment.Accurate data like coking quality,yield and energy consumption was obtained by ADE-BP algorithm before the assessment.The performance hierarchy ratings of the small index were analyzed.The corresponding intuitionistic fuzzy preference relationship is obtained and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(IFAHP)to test and correct the preference relationship consistency after the assessment of coking system.In this paper,Gauss-Lebes algorithm was used to get the new consistency threshold because of the no theoretical basis of the current preference relationship consistency threshold.Moreover,the intuitionistic fuzzy values of each index with respect to the alternatives are obtained to establish the corresponding decision matrix through the membership function and the non-membership function calculation method.The weight of each index was calculated using two different weight calculation methods depending two different weight calculation methods like intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and cross entropy,and fuzzy transformation.Finally,the final implementation scheme of the control system was obtained through the sort comparison of the intuitional fuzzy value(IFV)of each index obtained by AHP performance evaluation model.The comprehensive performance evaluation method of this paper was applied in the evaluation of the normal and abnormal states of the coking process.It was verified by experiments that the performance status of the obtained system based on IFAHP method is consistent with the working state of the actual coking process.Hence,the method can be well applied to the industrial process and provide effective guidance for operators.
