Diamond wire cutting machine is different from general wire cutting machine,it is used for adhesion of the diamond powder wire line reciprocating movement,make the diamond wire in the grinding movement was formed between cutting objects,so as to realize the goal of cutting objects.Compared with traditional cutting technology,this cutting mode has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost and no pollution.It is widely used in the cutting of silicon wafer of core raw materials of photovoltaic industry.In this paper,the improved single-roll diamond cutting machine is studied and its control system is designed.First,according to the technological requirements will double roller cutting machine improvement for single roller cutting machine,gives the overall structure of equipment,contains a part of the pay-off tension roller and compensated the specific improvement scheme: pay-off two roller 2 for one,the line in one side,the side pay-off,use a servo motor control,and the tension compensation part by tension motor to heavy hammer.Second,the overall equipment design,including PLC type selection and design of the controller,based on the system needed to write,draw the system input output external wiring diagram of the main circuit diagram and PLC;Servo drive and servo motor,step drive and stepper motor's specific selection and overall wiring design.Third,the design of man-machine interface,this subject adopts MP277 Siemens touch screen is touch screen,operation of the test mode,manual mode and automatic operation mode a touchscreen interface for the three kinds of pattern design,debugging and the experiment.
