High-speed roll grinder is an indispensable equipment in steel production fields,based on high precision and stabilization electrical control system to achieve accurate control of the grinding process.As one of the core power devices of roller grinding machine,the spindle drive control system of the Roller grinding head determined the grinding performance of the entire grinding machine.The subject is developed with the spindle drive control system of high-speed precision roll grinding head.By referring to the existing domestic general low-speed roll grinding head systems and aiming at a kind of high-speed roll grinder which grinding speed in more than 80m/s,on the basis of the structure design of high-speed precision roll grinding heads,and according to the working requirements and performance characteristics of high-speed precision roll grinding head,the grinding spindle drive control system was designed and studied.The paper mainly starts from the angle of motor drive control system of high-speed precision roll grinding head and the main contents are as follows:First of all,the control technology of modern spindle drive control system is summarized,which as the basic knowledge of this paper.Secondly,by analyzing the technical requirements of the electrical control system of grinding head system of high-speed precision roll grinder,the overall design scheme of the system is determined.Furthermore,designing the electrical control schematic,also,the system power supply and distribution relation are designed.At the same time,the calculation of the electrical load of the circuit is completed to facilitate the selection of the wires in the electrical equipment.Thirdly,based on the mathematical model of the roller head spindle motor YVF160L-2 and the inverter,this paper combines the operating characteristics and operating requirements of the roll grinding head system,and applies the direct torque frequency conversion control technology to the grinding head drive control system to achieve the good control of the instantaneous torque of the spindle motor;meanwhile,the speed identification of the spindle motor is studied.The MRAS speed identification method based on the Popov stability theory is analyzed and this method realizes the speed-sensorless transmission of the spindle motor DTC control system.This paper deduced the state equation of the spindle motor in the ??-dq coordinatesystem,according to the state equation,designing the extended Kalman filter applied to the DTC to realize the identification of the running speed of the spindle motor,and then the two speed identification methods are simulated in MATLAB/Simulink environment,and the feasibility and effectiveness of MRAS and EKF identification speeds are compared and analyzed.Finally,the paper sets the operating parameters of the field-level inverter,encodes the corresponding communication program,and analyzes the grinding process control and equipment operation monitoring management functions.and the King View configuration software is used to design the man-machine monitoring interface and system of the spindle system data report.
