With the development of society,people pay more attention to health.Electronic tobacco has become the most rapid development of new tobacco products in recent years.It is very similar to the traditional cigarette in the suction taste and psychological feeling,which is favored by the consumers.Resistance resistance,current value selection and temperature setting are the key parameters in designing electronic cigarette sets.Smoke volume is one of the important reference indicators for evaluating the quality of electronic cigarettes.As far as the current industry is concerned,the scope of the working temperature of the electronic smoke,the resistance of the electronic smoke tool,the setting of the range of current value,etc.are dominated by the experience value,and the related literature research is more important.In this paper,the working temperature range,resistance value and current value selection range of electronic smoke are thoroughly studied by the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification.First,the relationship between smoke quantity and temperature of different smoke and oil is studied by experiments.A mathematical model of smoke quantity and temperature is set up,and the suitable working temperature range of the electronic smoke is found.Secondly,the physical and chemical parameters such as the specific heat capacity and vaporization heat of the smoke and oil are measured,and the specific heat capacity and temperature model of the smoke and oil are set up,and then the heat required for the saturated volatilization of the oil under the target temperature is calculated.Calculate the value of resistance and current value by calculating the heat required by the heat body through calculating the heat required for the tar.According to the temperature range of the model and the experimental data and the range of resistance current value,the development of temperature controlled electronic smoke is carried out.The smoke quantity can be changed by accurate temperature control,and the taste of suction is adjusted.It is proved that the temperature control effect is better than the temperature control effect on the market,and the temperature control precision is 7 ? and the temperature adjustment range is 200-300 ?.The smoke volume measurementinstrument developed by Yunnan tobacco has proved that the smog volume regulation effect of changing temperature is considerable.The temperature controlled electronic cigarette has good temperature control effect,and can adjust the amount of smoke accurately by changing the temperature,and appropriately adjusts the suction taste of consumers.
