In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,China manufacturing level is rising,especially the high precision NC lathe industry,after decades of precipitation technology,NC lathe has gradually become the country,but compared with the developed countries,there is still not a small gap between the overall,a large number of products or the ordinary machine tool,so the high precision NC lathe developed stable and reliable performance is an urgent research topic.The feed system is an important part of the high precision NC lathe.The response of the feed system is controlled by the precision of the whole machine.A rigid flexible coupling model of high precision NC lathe is established by combining HyperMesh,Ansys and Adams software.It describes the structural characteristics of feed system of high precision NC lathe,and can better reflect its motion characteristics.Through the modeling and analysis of rigid flexible coupling,the reduced order study and the modal analysis,the influence of the structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the system is systematically studied.The main contents are as follows:The rigid flexible coupling model of feed system screw is modeled.The rigid flexible coupling model of high precision NC lathe feed system is established by using the finite element technique and virtual simulation technology,and the vibration simulation and parameter optimization are carried out.In the model,considering the influence of the deformation of the components of the feed system,the components are modeled by the flexible body,and the actual working condition of the model is further reduced.Then the simulation and analysis of its screw and other parts are carried out.Reduction in technical analysis of screw feed system model,namely the use of ADAMS to establish the whole simulation model of high precision machine tools,and then make the vibration simulation analysis,and using the FD 3D damper is very effective for feed system of bolt connection of multi degree of freedom model reduction processing,the vibration simulation is more accurate,more rapid calculation.HyperMesh software and Ansys software are used to mesh and modal analysis of feed system screw in order to obtain its mode and frequency.
