With the rapid development of biomedicine,the preparation of materials has become a key factor that restricts its development.With the advancement of scientific research,multifunctional materials have gradually entered the field of people's attention,especially nanocomposites.Nanocomposites,with the advantages of being designed,can make nano-materials multifunctional or versatile.The combination of the functional and structural properties these materials have allows them to be used in a wide variety of biomedical,energy production and environmental protection applications.The application of nanocom-posites in biomedicine needs to consider its biocompatibility,cytotoxicity and stability.Two kinds of functional nanocomposites were prepared by using superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles as core and SiO2 and ZIF-8 as shell materials respectively.First of all,Fe3O4@SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared.Fe3O4 makes Fe3O4@SiO2 nanocomposites superparamagnetic,and SiO2 effectively protects the function of Fe3O4 without being de-stroyed and provides surface modification targets.Secondly,the application of new mate-rials in medicine.We use a simple and easy route to prepare different forms of Fe3O4@ZIF-8 under different conditions.The prepared Fe3O4@ZIF-8?160nm?has good dispersibility,large specific surface area,large drug loading and PH responsiveness.A series of characterizations of the synthesized nanocomposites are performed by means of scientific characterization.The characterization methods include:scanning elec-tron microscopy?SEM?,particle size analysis or Zate potential analysis,transmission elec-tron microscopy?TEM?,Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy?FT-IR?,Adsorption De-sorption Isotherms,Thermogravimetric Analysis?TGA?,Powder X-Ray Diffraction?XRD?,and UV-Vis Spectrophotometry.
