Today’s social activities are closely dependent on oil and gas resources,but their exploration and development process has a certain degree of risk.Among them,uncontrolled blowout accidents are the most serious accidents in drilling operations.If it can provide timely and accurate early warning of overflow accidents and help field technicians take corresponding measures in time,thereby reducing or avoiding the occurrence of blowout control,this has a decisive role in safe drilling.At present,although the domestic surface overflow monitoring method has the advantages of simple principle,convenient installation,and economical and practical advantages,it has the disadvantages that the overflow accident prediction is not timely and the precision is insufficient;the downhole overflow monitoring method is implemented by measuring downhole parameters.Overflow accident warning,although the downhole monitoring method overflow warning is timely and accurate,but the technology is comprehensive,the economic cost is high,and the requirements for on-site technical personnel are high,and it is not suitable for large-scale promotion and application;Therefore,in this paper,through comparison and optimization of overflow monitoring methods,the vertical pressure sleeve pressure monitoring method is preferred as the overflow monitoring method of the system,and the feasibility analysis is combined with the monitoring principle and the non-overflow accidents corresponding to the measurement parameters.The influencing factors were eliminated,and based on the matched sensors,a clustering algorithm was used for overflow early warning diagnosis and analysis.Finally,a pressure monitoring drilling overflow monitoring and early warning system was formed,and the overflow accidents were identified and alerted through field application tests.Provide technical support.Through the research of this paper,the following results have been obtained:(1)Developed a set of pressure monitoring drilling overflow monitoring and early warning system that uses surface measurement methods,and carried out ground monitoring instrumentation equipment support,supplemented with supporting data collection systems,to realize early warning of overflow during its occurrence.(2)Through the study of the mechanism of overflow accidents,and compares and analyzes the technical route,economical practicability,etc.of the current overflow monitoring method and optimizes the vertical pressure.Pressure monitoring method.(3)According to the stand-pressure slewing pressure monitoring method,the pump pumping times affecting the pressure change of the riser and the throttling action of the throttling valve affecting the change of the casing pressure are analyzed,and the export is increased by analyzing the abnormal parameter changes.The flow parameters serve as the basis for distinguishing overflow accidents and water plugging accidents,so as to eliminate the influence of non-overflow accidents on parameter changes,thereby improving the effectiveness of system early warning.(4)Based on the optimal vertical pressure monitoring method and the non-overflow influence factors analyzed,an interference elimination model was established based on the research analysis,and the data values of the vertical pressure were revised dynamically,and the DBSCAN clustering method was used to create an overflow accident warning.The model uses field data to simulate and analyze the early warning model,which verifies the effectiveness of the early warning model monitoring results,and improves the engineering basis for the diagnosis of overflow accidents.(5)The integrated vertical pressure monitoring method and overflow warning model are matched with corresponding sensors,and the overall program design and various architecture designs of the pressure monitoring drilling overflow monitoring and warning system are completed,and models and overflow warning models are eliminated according to the interference factors.The required parameters and calculation results are used to support the database of pressure monitoring drilling overflow monitoring and warning systems,thereby providing data support for the system.(6)According to the selected algorithm model and the supporting database established,and the system software design,a complete set of controlled pressure drilling overflow monitoring and early warning system was finally formed and applied to the XX well of the Guangyuan block.Field application showed that:This system can provide early warning of overflow accidents with good accuracy and good field application prospects.The pressure monitoring drilling overflow monitoring and early warning system designed and developed in this paper gives full play to the advantages of the ground monitoring method.On the basis of reducing the monitoring cost,it realizes the real-time diagnosis and warning of overflow accidents.
