The possession of low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs with wide distribution and large reserves is a significant feature of the distribution of China's oil and natural gas resources.Hydraulic fracturing has always played a central role in increasing production and transforming old oil and gas reservoirs,stably and effectively developing low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs,and enhancing single-well oil and gas production.Due to technical limitations,most of the domestic fracturing site construction process lacks effective means to real-timely understand the real-time extension of fracturing cracks.The construction personnel only rely on the construction experience to analyze and diagnose the fracturing effect based on the fracturing construction data collected in real time.The use of this artificial experience method has greatly increased the risk of fracturing operations.Moreover,because the fracturing work area is often located in a remote area where the communication facilities are not perfect,the fracturing construction data collected in real time cannot be remotely transmitted in real time to the fracturing command base at the rear,resulting in the technician not being able to understand the situation at the site.In view of the extensive investigation on the status quo of fracturing technology at home and abroad,based on further research on fracturing construction mechanism,construction technology and jointing mechanism,this paper proposes a crack extension applicable to the construction status of most fracturing wells in China.State-of-the-art tracking and fracturing optimization analysis techniques,according to the above research and development of the corresponding software system and database.The results achieved in this paper are as follows1.Based on extensive research on the basic principles of fracturing operations and its operation process,as well as on the investigation of the fracture-making mechanism in the fracturing process,the pressure required by the real-time hydraulic fracturing tracking and optimization analysis system designed in this paper is summarized.Cracking construction,crack calculation and fracturing optimization analysis required real-time acquisition of various parameters;2.Based on the study of fracturing and cracking mechanism,the fracturing crack extension model suitable for fracturing site is analyzed and studied.Based on the analysis of fracturing pressure interpretation analysis algorithm,a real-time calculation and analysis model of cracks was established,realizing the real-time tracking of crack extension status during fracturing.3.According to the research on regression analysis technology,a set of fracturing optimization analysis model suitable for fracturing site is established,so that the real-time inversion of oil pressure value and measured oil pressure value can be obtained according to the displacement and sand ratio engineering parameter data.The real-time comparison,and then realize the real-time evaluation of the fracturing effect.4.By investigating the status quo of domestic fracturing construction data collection at the current stage,two fracturing real-time data acquisition methods suitable for fracturing instrument trucks are designed and developed,and real-time transmission of fracturing construction data collected in real time using 3G wireless network technology.A complete set of fracturing data real-time acquisition and remote transmission system modules was developed based on the hardware equipment supporting the wellsite,which enabled data sharing between the wellsite and the base.5.For a large number of multi-source data generated in the fracturing process,a network database supporting this system has been designed and developed,which can be applied to both on-site IPCs and bases to achieve centralized data management and distribution applications.6.According to the overall scheme design of the entire system and the architecture design of each module,use SQL to establish the required data tables for supporting the fracturing database,and use the C#.NET programming language to develop a set of software systems,and then realize the construction of fracturing.The design goal of real-time tracking and optimization analysis of the process's on-site and remote integration.The real-time hydraulic fracturing tracking and optimization analysis system developed in this paper has been applied in the field of the field fracturing well of the Great Wall Drilling Company of Liaohe Oilfield.The application results show that the system runs well and is stable in performance and can meet the actual requirements of the fracturing site.
