With the development of petroleum exploration and development,cluster Wells or encrypt adjustment Wells,the borehole trajectory in wellsite distribution trend will become more complex as well spacing density increased,lead to well track greatly increases the risk of collision probability,in the process of drilling well track collision prevention,scientific decision-making is the effective measures to prevent the touch scanning technology.It is an important technical way to improve the recovery rate by applying the anti-collision scanning technology to various platforms.The collision of borehole trajectory can cause serious hole accident,which will affect the normal construction of well field and cause environmental pollution.During the drilling crash-proof scan operations,most of borehole accident due to security spacing between the reference well and compare well monitoring is not accurate,and at present for the touch scanning method shortcomings,in view of this,this paper proposes a real well data by downhole survey at the same time using two-way crash-proof scanning mode calculation analysis safety spacing to achieve real-time monitoring,to ensure that the drilling crash-proof scanning operation safety,ensure the drilling operation is of great significance to the safety and reliable,and has obtained the following results:1.Design and develop a set of real-time crash-proof scanning monitoring analysis system,based on the downhole measurement instruments and equipped with real-time data acquisition system,achieved the wellsite data fusion,as well as the acquisition of borehole trajectory parameters and application of touch scanning calculation and analysis results of real-time monitoring,so as to realize the downhole safety interva]range monitoring,effectively reduced by borehole collision accident,field application ability;2.Based on the study of the measurement principle of underground measurement instruments,the monitoring parameters of the drilling anti-collision scanning operation process were determined,and the blueprint of real-time anti-collision scanning monitoring and analysis system was completed.3.On the basis of perfect real-time crash-proof scanning monitoring analysis system blueprint,and establish the two-way crash-proof scanning model,the algorithm model is the monitoring theory of downhole safety interval range support,to ensure the construction safety in the process of drilling crash-proof scanning operation;4.Use the completed real-time anti-collision scanning monitoring and analysis system blueprint to configure the main hardware equipment of the real-time anti-collision scanning monitoring and analysis system;The data acquisition software of real-time anti-collision scanning monitoring and analysis system was developed by using SQL database technology and the WITS data transmission technology of the well field,and the data source of the design system was guaranteed.5.Using the established bidirectional crash-proof scan algorithm model,then using equipped with hardware facilities,the success of the design of the real-time crash-proof scanning monitoring and analysis system of organization structure,and then the real-time crash-proof scanning monitoring and integrated analysis system software and hardware debugging,finally this design real-time crash-proof scanning monitoring and analysis system with data acquisition and well track spacing safety monitoring,and other functions,And six in XX rig drilling crash-proof scanning operation results show that the system can run steady,wellbore trajectory parameter monitoring and safety of well track spacing calculation results meet the requirements of well site construction,can effectively guide field drilling operation,to ensure the safety of the drilling crash-proof scanning operation,so the system has a good application value.This paper has done real-time crash-proof scanning monitoring and analysis system for effective use of existing MWDS measuring instrument,implements this system real-time monitoring borehole trajectory parameters and calculation analysis of borehole trajectory safety spacing function,the system provides a scientific decision-making for on-site technicians drilling crash-proof scanning method,field operation ability and has good applicable value.
