Renovation And Evaluation Of The Catalytic Cracking Flue Gas Desulfurization And Denitrification Project Of Jilin Petrochemical Company Refinery I

A feasibility study of the flue gas desulfurization denitration was conducted by Refinery?of Jilin petrochemical company catalytic cracking unit for the situation of regeneration gas can't meet the draining standard.Through the technology comparison,using retrofit scheme of SCR denitration and WGS desulfurization and dust removal,the work of the desulfurization denitration device technology renovation was successfully completed,the draining standard of regeneration flue gas was met.This article was based on the actual industrial production equipment as the research object,using regenerative flue gas as raw materials,through the comparison of transformation technology,the analysis of calibration data,the optimizing of production adjusting,the comprehensive evaluation of the flue gas desulfurization and denitration was accomplished,providing guidance for the optimal operation of the device in the future,also providing reference experience for the similar equipment modification in domestic.
