The paper focuses on the 274kt/a linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)device of Jilin Petrochemical Co.,combining its own characteristics and market demand,improving product quality and developing new LLDPE film products,improving the market competitiveness of enterprise products,and creating more economic and social benefits for enterprises.By replacing dry powder catalyst with slurry catalyst in LLDPE plant,the product quality was improved.The results showed that the slurry catalyst was more accurate and stable than the dry powder catalyst,and the reaction temperature and reaction pressure were more stable than the dry powder catalyst system.The ash content of the slurry produced by the slurry had decreased from 0.038% to 0.020%,and the density,melting index and mechanical properties of the product were equivalent to that of the dry powder catalyst.The amount of catalyst residue in slurry catalyst production was greatly reduced,and the optical and mechanical properties of the product were improved.Through the analysis and evaluation of different DFDA-7047 TQ compound auxiliaries and the process adjustment on the basis of DFDA-7042 production process,a high transparent and high strength plastic film special material DFDA-7047 TQ was developed.The results showed that the DFDA-7047 TQ products had improved the light transmittance,the fog decreased from about 13% of DFDA-7042 to less than 10%,the fog decreased by more than 30%.The transverse and longitudinal tensile properties of the film were all better than that of the DFDA-7042 products.The comprehensive properties of the DFDA-7047 TQ films were better,and the quality of the products was greatly improved.When the temperature of the blow molding machine head was 190?,the film bubble was stable,the traction was smooth,the film was easy to form,and the surface of the film was smooth and smooth.Four kinds of DFDA-7042 N complex additives package were compared and compared with similar products in China.The results showed that the performance of the granular materials with four kinds of compound additives was close,the oxidation induction period was better than the Jilin Petrochemical Co.DFDA-7042,and the oxidation induction period of the Fushun Petrochemical Co 7042 N was the highest.The addition of four non opening auxiliaries can get the molecular weight and its distribution,and the basic physical property index was close.After blowing,the four DFDA-7042 N films were not easy to be opened,which could meet the requirements.The performance indexes of industrial products were stable,and the rheological properties of DFDA-7042 and DFDA-7042 N were relatively close.
