Nowadays,the problems about energy and environment are attracting increasing attentions.China is in action of upgrading its industries and developing new energy materials.Under the guidance and the support from our national policies,the solar cells based on silicon have been applied widely.Various photovoltaic thin films have already emerged and are being further developed to achieve the commercialization.In order to short the developing time,China launched the project of "Material Gene Engineering Key Technologies and Support Platform" in 2016.This thesis focuses on photovoltaic film material transmittance test,which is based on this project.This thesis firstly introduced the working principle and transmittance test principle of photovoltaic thin films.The method for achieving high throughput test in both lateral and longitudinal is proposed according to high throughput experiment technology.Then the framework of the high throughput testing equipment for photovoltaic thin films was designed.The hardware and software of the system were developed and discussed in detail.The hardware design consists of the mechanical structure,the circuit of motion control,the light source and the spectrometer.The software design is based on LabVIEW,which consists of the design of serial communication,the design of motion control strategy and the design of data acquisition part.The system can achieve transmittance test signals of 256 samples within 4 mins.This paper also studied the motion control strategy of mismatched motion location.This method can be easily used in different automatic testing instruments.Finally,the test system was used to test high throughput samples.The test results show that this system has the advantages of high test efficiency,wide spectral range and high accuracy.This system has a high reference value for the development of materials genetic engineering and high throughput testing equipment.
