In view of the fact that the theoretical basis of the comprehensive performance evaluation system of ball screw pair is not perfect enough, the test method and evaluation method can not systematically compare the current situation of ball screw pair performance gap between home and abroad, the comprehensive evaluation method and experimental study of ball screw are carried out.First, according to the performance indicators and the requirements of the industry,we select the comprehensive performance indicators, establish the comprehensive performance evaluation system, and determine the comprehensive performance test and evaluation methods of ball screw pairs. Then, the factors affecting the comprehensive performance of ball screw such as dynamic precision, temperature rise and noise are studied. The temperature rise model of the ball screw and the dynamic precision test model are established, and the accuracy of the model is verified by the test. Then, the main error analysis of the friction torque test, performance test and so on which are developed by ourselves to test comprehensive performance of ball screw in the evaluation system is carried out,and the maximum error of the test platform is calculated, which provides a guarantee for the test data. Finally, according to the comprehensive performance evaluation system of the ball screw pair established before, with foreign products as the benchmark,we test a total of 5 domestic and foreign products data processing and evaluation were carried out to understand the advantages and disadvantages of domestic products,it provides a large amount of data support for domestic manufacturers, which is of great significance to the improvement of ball screw by-products.
