The machine tool will inevitably vibrate during the machining process.Vibration can affect machining accuracy and quality,and can even cause resonance,which reduces the life of the machine.Therefore,it is necessary to study the vibration characteristics of machine tools,which provides a basis for later machine tool performance evaluation,accuracy improvement,optimization and improvement,and has practical significance in engineering applications.This paper studies the vibration characteristics of C-shaped gantry parallel machine tool through simulation and experiment.The main contents are as follows:Perform modal simulation analysis on the main components of the machine tool.Using ANSYS Workbench software to simulate the first 6 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the frame and the secondary electric cylinder,and determine the position with relatively large deformation;Because the working state of the electric cylinder is variable,the electric cylinders of the two working states are compared and analyzed for later optimization and improvement.According to the machine structure parameters,establish the machine coordinate system,determine the branch space coordinates,and derive the speed and force Jacobian matrix;The multi-degree-of-freedom single chain vibration model of the machine tool was established,and the differential motion equation of the parallel machine tool vibration system was derived.The natural frequency of the machine tool was simulated and analyzed by Matlab software..Based on the line array CCD high-speed photogrammetry technology,the measurement model of the parallel machine tool platform is built,the experimental system is constructed,to correct the vibration parameters of the moving platform,the experimental data is post-processed based on the principle of edge detection,and the vibration curve of the moving platform is output,which can obtain the vibration period of the machine tool under the excitation.The theory of vibration reduction and vibration isolation is summarized.Based on the experimental vibration of the machine tool,the vibration source position is analyzed,and the corresponding vibration reduction improvement measures are proposed to provide the basis for the subsequent optimization of the machine tool.
