The dyeing machine belongs to the indispensable equipment in the printing and dyeing industry,which is mainly composed of the rolling unit,the dyeing unit and the winding unit.In order to obtain good quality printing and dyeing products,it is necessary to ensure that the fabric in the process of running the dyeing machine is constant tension,The fabric tension is too large,will cause the fabric tensile deformation,the serious will break,the fabric tension is too small,will cause the fabric relaxation to produce the fold,therefore must ensure the fabric in the dyeing machine constant tension operation.This paper takes the dyeing machine as the research object,mainly studies the tension control problem of the fabric,and designs the tension control system.Firstly,the technological process of the dyeing machine is introduced,and the reason of the formation of the fabric tension is analyzed,according to the mechanism of tension formation,the tension model is established for the rolling unit,the dyeing unit and the winding unit of the dyeing machine,because of the particularity of the rewinding,the taper tension control is used to collect the coil,and then the tension control scheme.Secondly,according to the tension model of the dyeing machine,the tension system of the dyeing machine has the characteristics of nonlinearity,strong coupling and time-varying,and the conventional PID controller cannot meet the tension control requirements of the dyeing machine,so the self-disturbance controller is used for tension control.Aiming at the difficulty of multi-tuning parameters of self-disturbance controller,an on-line tuning parameter of BP neural network is proposed,and a BP neural network self-disturbance controller is designed.Through the Simulink toolbox to build each unit model for tension simulation experiments,and compared with the traditional PID controller,the controller has the characteristics of small tension fluctuation and fast speed response,in addition,the controller has stronger decoupling ability,internal robustness and anti-jamming ability than PID controller.Finally,the hardware and software structure of the tension control system of the dyeing machine is designed,and the monitoring system and communication system of the rolling dyeing machine are simply designed.Through the experiment of the dyeing machine on the tension experimental platform,the experimental results show that the controller designed in this paper has a fast adjustment ability,good stability and strong anti-jamming performance.This is of great significance to improve the quality of the product of the dyeing machine and the dynamic performance of the whole machine.
