With developing of china's economy,the requirements of petroleum resource is increasing day by day.So oil exploration technology is developing to deep stratum and safety drilling is facing more risk,especially in the process of MPD tripping.If we can't monitor the pressure of shaft bottom precisely,the pressure will pass the safety threshold then the overflow,leakage,kick,blowout will happen.With the development of well control technology,the monitoring and control technology of surge pressure is gradually mature.In MPD,the monitoring and control technology of surge pressure plays an important role.It is an important guarantee to ensure the safety,economy and efficiency of the drilling field operation.So we need to find new methods to monitor and control the pressure of shaft bottom,it not only ensure the security but also the efficiency and economy.The thesis is based on the insufficient monitoring of bottom hole surge pressure.Through the research of the existing control pressure drilling technology and hardware supporting equipment,combined with the principle of pressure monitoring at the bottom of the MPD and the theory of the calculation model of the fluctuating pressure.A transient pressure monitoring method for the quasi transient bottom hole is proposed.On the basis of data collection system of comprehensive logging unit,a set of drilling and drilling safety monitoring system was developed by self-help design:1.Based on the principle of bottom hole pressure monitoring in controlled pressure drilling.A safety monitoring system for drilling and control of pressure controlled drilling is developed based on quasi instantaneous wave pressure calculation model.Through field application test,the system can monitor the fluctuating pressure in the process of drilling and running in real time;2.The thesis studied the mechanization,summarized the methods drilling pressure.It can monitor surge pressure and analyses the parameter of pressure,then select suitable parameter,build the module of surge pressure.3.According with the monitor parameter and methods,the new technology can study and analyses surge pressure arithmetic,finally it build a safety module of drilling,it increases the accuracy and real-time,and provide the basis of security drilling pressure.4.It basis the drilling process engineering,equipment now and WITS protocol to design a suitable system to monitor the pressure of bottom and data terminal system.5.Based on the established fluctuation pressure monitoring model of trip,the physical structure,operational framework,logical framework and data structure of the system are designed,and on the basis of SQL Server 2008 database,C#programming language is used to design and develop the software program.In the field of drilling,the system is tested and analyzed.The test proves that the software developed in this paper has good adaptability and stable working performance,which meets the requirements of site construction.The MPD safety monitoring system for trip designed and developed in this paper is based on the existing MPD technology,and forms a MPD safety monitoring system for trip for data mining and safety monitoring,which can provide a more complete and convenient technical decision support platform for on-site construction personnel,with a high practical value.
