With the increase in the number of trucks,road safety issues are extremely important.According to statistics from the traffic control department,more than 90%of the major traffic accidents are caused by the driver's bad driving behavior.Therefore,the analysis and study of driver's driving behavior,using technological methods to monitor the driving behavior,and improving the safety management level of the fleet have become an urgent task.However,the existing driver driving supervision platform is somewhat inadequate in the overall control of fleet safety management.It can't perform timely intervention when bad driving behavior happens,so that the safety accident rate of the current fleet is still high.Based on this background,this paper proposes a safety management method for the driver on the way.This method combines the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the driver's driving behavior,identify the bad driving behavior in the way and push it to the team manager in time.Interventions can be implemented in time when bad driving behavior happens,that can prevent and control the occurrence of safety incidents in the fleet.Finally,this paper combines the theoretical method to design and implement a safety supervision platform based on driving behavior.The platform mainly includes six major functional modules:data preprocessing,driving behavior calculation,safety value calculation,saving and pushing data,and platform real-time display.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Carry out an in-depth study of road traffic accident data,fleet safety management,and driver driving behavior related literature for 2010-2017,identify driving behaviors that affect road traffic accidents,and then gather expert review,identify several common bad driving behaviors.(2)Sampling and analysis of these bad driving behaviors,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine its impact coefficient on safety management.(3)Based on the weighting of driving behaviors identified in(2),using Storm Stream Processing Technology to design and implement a real-time safety supervision platform.(4)Push the results of the safety supervision platform in real time to the safety managers who will intervene based on the judgment results of the platform to effectively prevent and control safety accidents.The driver safety management method designed and implemented in the paper has effectively supplemented the safety management of the current fleet.After actual application,it was found that the driver's bad driving behavior has improved and the accident rate has been reduced.In addition,the data in the safety supervision platform also provides strong on-site evidence for driver assessment,which effectively solves the low time-consuming operation and verification of operators.Effective behavior.
