High-density Polyethylene Equipment Technological Transformation And Research On Key Projects Of Pipe Product Quality

PE pipe industry has developed rapidly,but the production of PE pipe grade resin is still lagging behind.Although introduced several lines from abroad to produce pipe grade such as PE80?PE100,but the pipe grade has different trademarks with different properties,a large amount of imports are still needed every year.JiLin Petrochemical produced PE100 grade pipe resin which marked JHMGC100 S since 2008,JHMGC100 S is not only fulfill the demand of domestic but also change the situation of PE100 pipe grade mostly from abroad.However,the quality stability of JHMGC100 S is still need to improve as feedback from customers that several batchs has the probem of pitting on the pipe and color pellets out of qualification occasionally.Through thecnical reconsruction of catalyst system,solve the problem of catalyst blocking and the millage of catalyst change suddenly,the parameters of reactor is more smoothly,the pitting on the pipe which made by JHMGC100 S is vanish,and the strength of the pipe is increased.Through thecnical reconsruction of butene recovery unit,the content of water in recovery butene is decreased significantly,and the recovery butene feed to the reactor continusly,maked the content of butene in the reactor from the online analyzer changed very little,thus improve the stability of the density.We carried on analysis and research about the main parameters of the process such as temperature?hydrogen rate?Al/Ti ratio?butene rate by polymerization evaluation device,to imrove the formular recipe provided by Basell.The main factors of catalyst suspension preparation such as temperature?activator rate?the speed of agitator was evaluated by special polymerizer.Through the test of product structure and performance before and after optimization,the results showed after thecnical reconsruction and improving product quality control,high quality PE100 pipe resin has been produced.
