This paper first introduces the background and development of the injection molding process of the cell phone shell.Because the mobile phone shell structure with the development of the times has become increasingly complex,plus a variety of new materials,new technology,the difficulty of the injection molding process is more and more high,in the design and manufacture of mobile phone shell in the use of computer simulation is of great significance.This paper is based on the batch production of mobile phone shell products,focusing on the design of mobile phone shell injection mold through software simulation and mobile phone shell molding process research.The main research work in this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:1.The relevant parameters of the plastic mobile phone shell are analyzed theoretically.Then the position of parting surface in the injection mold design is determined.The influence of the production process on the structure of the injection mold such as demoulding,closing direction,lateral parting and cooling system is analyzed and studied.Related parameters and design criteria.2.Based on the analysis of the current situation of injection molding at home andabroad,and combined with the actual situation of mobile phone shell parts,the key technologies of 3D modeling design and manufacturing process were deeply explored by UG software.Combined with the analysis data,the overall program flow of injection mold module design of mobile phone shell based on UG software was obtained.3.On the premise of confirming the whole design process of injection mold formobile phone case,the design of mobile phone case is simulated and analyzed by Moldflow software,and the defects and problems are optimized by experiment.4.Combining with the characteristics of plastic mobile phone case,the reason ofwarping deformation in the production of mobile phone case is studied and analyzed.The more stable and reliable processing parameters are obtained by computer simulation analysis to improve the qualified rate and production efficiency of mobile phone case.At the same time,the design and research of injection mold for mobile phone case are also for other plastics.The processing system of parts has been developed with a relatively perfect theoretical system for injection mold design.
