As a kind of edible and medicinal fungus with high value, the demand of edible fungus not only increases with year in China, but also increase around the world, leading to its output increased. However, the disposal of such agricultural solid waste,as a by-product of edible fungi, has become an urgent problem for the government and society.Edible fungus mites have a great potential for pollution in the ecological environment, and littering or simple processing cannot fundamentally solve the problem of dysentery treatment. In this paper, through the pot experiment, the effects of Ganoderma lucidum,Hericium erinaceus and Pleurotus ostreatus on the content of copper and chromium in rapeseed after dying, decomposing and cracking into biochar for soil application and the effect of total copper, total chromium, available copper, effective copper, effective chromium and copper and chromium forms in the soil after havesting rapeseed. The results showed that:(1)Compared to the treatment without adding fungus chaff, the total copper content of all treated rapeseed decreased;(2)the total copper content of the soil decreased by 5.5%on average;the effective copper content of the treatment of biochar was reduced, and the effective copper content of the soil treated with Pleurotus ostreatus lysed into biochar was the lowest, which was less than 4.45%compared with the non-bacterial treatment.(3)The pH value of soil varies the different treatment methods of each bacterium. When the pH of the soil treated with biochar is increased, the pH of the treated soil is lowered, and the pH of the soil treated by air drying is irregular;(4)Among the five forms of copper, the proportion of organically bound state is the largest, reaching 79.54%;The content of exchangeable copper is reduced in the treatment of biochar, and the content of carbonate-bound copper is reduced in the drying process. The content of organically in the treatment of Pleurotus ostreatus increased, and the content of bound copper in iron-manganese oxide is reduced. The content of residual copper in the treatment of biochar is increased,Which indicates that the application of bacillus can effectively improve the soil environment contaminated by copper.(5)Compared with non-fungus chaff, the total copper content of all treated rapeseed was reduced;(6)Compared with the untreated sputum treatment, the total chromium content of rapeseed soil decreased with the application of different treated sputum fertilizers. The effective chromium mass fraction has decreased and some increased, and the effective chromium content of three kinds of fungus biochar treatment decreased.(7)The change of chromium in soil:the content of chromium in organic chromium and residual chromium increased, the chromium content in the exchangeable state or iron-manganese oxidation state decreased, and the change of carbonate-bound chromium was not obvious. It shows that the biochar treated bacillus can effectively improve the chromium contaminated soil environment and reduce the bioavailability of chromium.
