Development Of Grinding Device For Ball Screw Thread Outer Raceway

In the background of the national major science and technology special project"functional unit test and test technology research and capability building(2016ZX04004007)",the research and development of grinding process and equipment for threaded outer raceway of ball screw pair were carried out.In this paper,the grinding test is designed,and the new grinding process of the screw raceway is worked out,and the structure design are completed.The grinding technology of the screw outer raceway is the key and difficult point for the improvement of the quality of the screw,which directly affects the precision and service performance of the ball screw.It is of great significance for the development of the domestic equipment to explore the grinding technology and research and development of the rolling ball screw raceway.First,this paper analyzes the technical index of the screw surface quality,and pointed out the shortage of domestic demand for ball screw surface quality,we propose and design a grinder with flexible grinding nut as the core,the mechanical model of grinding tooling is established by polyurethane constitutive relation,and the effectiveness of the grinding tool confirmed by grinding test.The new grinding process of the grinding tooling for the screw rod is explored.Through orthogonal experiment design,the influence of different process parameters on different screw surface improvement indicators is explored,and the result is analyzed by range method.Finally,a set of optimal process parameters is determined.Completed the structural design of grinding device,including grinding fixture,grinding force loading structure,abrasive spraying and cleaning device,hydraulic chuck and tailstock center,the parts and other auxiliary structure design.The structure of each component is analyzed and calculated.
