Research On The Path Of Cooperative Pollution Control Of Thermal Power Enterprises In Shenyang City

In recent years,China’s nuclear power,hydropower,wind power,photovoltaic power generation project is developing rapidly,compared with thermal power,these projects have the common advantages of environmental protection,but thermal power also has the power of low cost,power generation and power generation cycle stability,ensure the advantages of the heating,so the urban thermal power of the survival and development,will have to be environmental renovation,pollution control,and the government also needs to make scientific planning,establishing the management system,a series of measures such as strict on legal system construction and pollution prevention and control of thermal power enterprises complementary to each other,the purpose of this paper is to study the thermal power of pollution prevention and control of a city with government governance path.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research reviews.Then the related concepts and theories of thermal power pollution prevention and control are expounded.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of cooperation between Chinese government and thermal power enterprises.Thirdly,the necessity of the prevention and control of pollution of state-owned thermal power enterprises and government cooperation.Finally,the cooperative path of state-owned thermal power enterprises and government is put forward.Given the current China’s cooperation with the government in the thermal power pollution prevention,control results such as the status quo,this article on the basis of the theory of public management,governance,and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience,put forward the principle of strengthening cooperation between the government and enterprises to prevent and control pollution and countermeasures,such as improve the specification of thermal power pollution prevention and control of urban planning and the legal system,establish normal and temporary combination of organization and coordination mechanism,build a complete method for allocation of resources and industrial structure,etc.Not only can through the study of this article,from the theoretical level enrich and perfect the relevant public governance theory,from the practice level will help straighten out pollution control system,make the pollution control and governance more benefits,the green water castle peak is the concept of Jinshan Yinshan become a reality.
