In recent years,our country in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and most urban agglomeration have been shrouded by pollution haze.The single regional pollution treating measure could not solve the regional air pollution problem,so it need strengthen coordination management of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei.Atmospheric environment coordination mechanisms consist of organizing and managing mechanism,system guarantee mechanism,coordinated operational mechanism,and science and technology linked mechanism at present.However there are several problems in the coordination mechanisms,which are not optimized managing mechanism,weak organizing mechanism,low public participation,incompletesecurity system,insufficientinstitutional guarantee,solidified thinking mode,different governance concept,unbalanced benefit compensation,weak environmental monitoring,lack of the impetus of technological innovation,and weak sharing awareness.For organizing and managing mechanism,it should further construct regional management institutions,promote the top design and promote public participation in governance.The system guarantee mechanism can be intensified through reforming the security system,strengthening the strength of institutional guarantee,and creating incentive and constraint mechanisms.It need further improve the coordinated operational mechanism in the way of further strengthening policy coordination mechanism,adjusting the benefit compensation mechanism,establishing a communication mechanism,setting up regional information application platform,and promoting the construction of environmental monitoring platform.For science and technology linked mechanism,it need choose pollution prevention strategy scientifically,increase impetus of technological innovation,put the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practice,develop science and technology resources sharing mechanism,and form collaborative innovation community.
