The conductive polyaniline(PANI)is a new and popular electromagnetic wave absorbing material. There are some problems such as poor fastness, easy falling out and short operating cycles when PANI is synthesized by traditional in-situ polymerization on the surface of fabrics.Firstly,in order to solve this problem, the PANI coated fabrics were prepared by coating method with simple operation and equipment and low cost. The PANI coated fabrics were tightly coated on the surface of polyester fabrics by the resins with strong adhesion. The effects of different conditions on the dielectric properties of fabrics were systematically discussed. The morphologies of coated fabrics with different dopants were observed and the friction fastness of coated fabrics was measured. Then, the graphene materials were prepared by ultrasonic radiation combined with chemical reduction method, and they were evenly loaded on the surface of test carrier cotton fabrics. The effects of different conditions on the dielectric properties of graphene were systematically discussed. The properties of graphene were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and RAMAN.Finally,in order to further improve the comprehensive properties of coated fabrics, the polyaniline/graphene composite coated fabrics were prepared by adding graphene as reinforcement to polyaniline matrix.Various properties of the fabrics before and after graphene addition were compared. The results showed that in the preparation of polyaniline coated fabrics, compared with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and glacial acetic acid, the bulk or rod-like PANI obtained by using p-toluene sulfonic acid as dopant had the most uniform and dense distribution in the resin. When the concentration of aniline was 0.4 mol/L,the concentration of ammonium persulfate was 0.4-0.5 mol/L,the concentration of p-toluene sulfonic acid was 0.2 mol/L,the reaction temperature was 30-40°C,the reaction time was 60 min,the PANI coated fabric had stronger polarization, loss and attenuation abilities to electromagnetic wave. The results showed that the coated fabrics had good rubbing fastness. In the preparation of graphene materials, the dielectric property of graphene was the best when sodium borohydride was used as reducing agent than insurance powder, ferrous sulfate and sodium sulfite. When the concentration of graphene oxide was 10 g/L,the concentration of sodium carbonate was 14-18 g/L,the concentration of sodium borohydride was 16 g/L,the reaction temperature was 45-55°C and the ultrasonic time was 80 min,the graphene had stronger polarization, loss and attenuation abilities to electromagnetic wave.In the preparation of polyaniline/graphene composite coated fabrics, the addition of graphene made the discontinuous film covered on the fabric surface denser.Compared with PANI coated fabrics, the dielectric properties, mechanical properties, thermal stability properties, heat dissipation properties, hydrophobic properties of the composites were improved to a certain extent. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of absorbing textiles with good comprehensive performance.
