3D printing is an additive manufacturing technology that has the advantage of making complex or hollow structures. Both the microreactor and the microfluidic technology require a flow path with an equivalent diameter between micrometers and millimeters. The etching process, laser processing, and lamination are often used, and the preparation process is complicated. The 3D printing technology can directly print micro-channel materials, which has high application value in the manufacturing field and chemical industry. This topic is to study 3D printing microporous materials from 3D printing process and light curing system. The effects of single-layer slice thickness, cell printing direction, and single layer exposure time on microchannel molding were investigated in the printing process. The results show that under the conditions of this study, the thickness of the single layer is 0.05mm;the printing in the direction perpendicular to the channel is prone to underlying clogging, and the molding defects are more than horizontal printing; The shorter the single layer exposure time, the smaller the minimum size of the molding channel. In the research of photocuring system, the diluent was first optimized, and the resin composition was studied from the curing shrinkage rate, the tensile strength of the molded object and the pore forming. The results show that the resin prepared by the thinner TPGDA has low viscosity and low curing shrinkage, and the more the amount of the diluent is in a certain range, the faster the curing speed of the resin, when the mass ratio of the prepolymer to the diluent is 4:6,the exposure When the time is 6s,the minimum forming channel is 0.5mm×0.5mm.Secondly,the effects of different photoinitiators on the printing time, curing shrinkage and tensile strength of the photocurable resin are investigated. It is found that the photoinitiator 819 is better, and the amount of 819 is 819.When the total mass of the diluent and prepolymer is 6%,the shortest exposure time is 3 s,and the minimum molding channel size is 0.3 mm x 0.3 mm.For non-straight channels, the minimum channel size for printing can be 0.8mm-1.0mm.Finally,the effect of doping on the tensile strength and shrinkage of the resin is studied. The doping auxiliary can improve the stretching of the resin printing material.Strength, reducing the cure shrinkage of the resin. When the mass fraction of doped calcined kaolin is 0.2%,not only does it not affect the pore formation, but also the tensile strength is increased by 20%,the curing shrinkage rate is also reduced by 2%,the pore wall is not damaged. When the doping powder has a mass fraction of 6%,the surface roughness is increased, the refractive index of the light is lowered, and the curing is more complete.
