With the rapid consumption of fossil resources,the issues of petroleum resources and the increasing greenhouse gas emissions were generated,and the renewable resources have been urgently needed.As an inexpencive and environmentally friendly renewable resource,biomass has become a hot topic.As important biomass platform compounds,the catalytic conversion of furfural?FAL?and ethyl levulinate?EL?showes important academic and industrial values.A series of Ni2P-LT catalysts,using NH4H2PO2 and NiCl2·6H2O as source of phosphorus and nickel,have been prepared by temperature-programmed reduction method and was characterized by XRD,31P MAS NMR and NH3-TPD.Its catalytic performance was investigated by selective hydrodeoxygenation of furfural?FAL?to2-methylfuran?2-MF?.The results showed that the Ni2P-LT-250?4?,which was prepared at 250 oC with P/Ni of 4 in the precursor,has the best catalytic performance.Under the optimal reaction conditions?temperature 240 oC,1.5 MPa H2 pressure,the amount of catalyst 0.08 g and reaction time 4 hours?,the furfural was completely converted and the selectivity of 2-methylfuran was reached 87.1%.When the catalyst was reused for three times,the selectivity of 2-methylfuran was decreased.With using bis?triphenylphosphine?nickel dichloride?BTND?as“all-in-one”precursors and oleylamine as the solvent,a series of Ni2P-LP have been prepared by liquid phase method.The catalytic performance of the catalyst was evaluated by selective hydrodeoxygenation of furfural.The nickel phosphide,which was prepared at300°C for 1 hour,showed a moderate ratio of Br?nsted acid to Lewis acid?B/L?and the best catalytic performance.The completely conversion of furfural and a2-methylfuran selectivity of 91.2%were given over the Ni2P-1.00-300,and the slightly decrease in catalytic performance was found when it was reused for six times.A variety of transition metal phosphides has been prepared by liquid phase method,and its catalytic performance was evaluated in the selective hydrogenation of ethyl levulinate to?-valerolactone.The effects of preparation conditions on the catalytic performance of NiCoP were investigated,and the optimal preparation conditions of the catalysts were screened out.The results show that the catalyst NiCoP-9-1.00,which was prepared by 9 hours,gave the best catalytic performance.Under the optimal reaction conditions?140°C,2.6 MPa,4 hours,0.1 g catalyst?,the full ethyl levulinate conversion and the selectivity of?-valerolactone was 95.9%over the catalyst NiCoP-9-1.00.When the catalyst was reused for 7 times,the selectivity of?-valerolactone hardly changed.
