Research On Safety Management And Evaluation Of Coal Mines

China is a country with large energy consumption,and coal plays an important role in Chinese energy consumption structure as a basic energy.Although Chinese government and state attach great importance to the safety of coal mining,having been introducing many laws and regulations to regulate coal mining operations,coal mining production accidents are still frequent because of it's Special working environment and high risk factor.The number of deaths caused by coal mining production accidents has reached several hundreds people every year,which has brought huge losses to the development of the national economy.Coal mine safety management is an eternal subject,therefore,it is of great significance to apply an effective safety management and evaluation system to the production practice in coal mine enterprises.By reviewing the data,investigating and analyzing the problems existing in the safety management of coal mines in China,the author summarizes the theory and measures of coal mine safety management;Based on the analysis of the commonly used "human-machine-environment_management-information"coal mine safety factors,combined with the actual situation of coal mine popularization information in recent years,it systematically summarizes the influencing factors of coal mine safety and puts forward"human-machine-environment-management-information"coal mine safety factor analysis method;Using the analytic hierarchy process to decompose its impact on coal mine safety production one by one,established a comprehensive coal mine safety evaluation index system,and established a coal mine safety fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model;Finally,taking Xieqiao Coal Mine as an example,the application evaluation of coal mine safety evaluation index system and evaluation model was carried out,and putting forward some suggestions for further improvement of mine safety in Xieqiao Coal Mine.The method of safety production management and safety evaluation in this paper can provide scientific methods for coal mine safety evaluation with certain practical value and theoretical significance,which can reduce coal mine accidents and ensure the safe production of coal mines.
