Since 2000, our country all kinds of safety in production accident deaths every year not less than 100000, entered the stage of high production safety accident, also confirms the above theory very well. This article through to the domestic current situation of the coal mine enterprise’s safety management system security evaluation, find out the root cause of the high incidence of accident, the mining enterprises find the loopholes in management of the enterprise, to explore effective management measures, to enhance the level of safety management of mining enterprises make substantive help.Paper introduces the research status quo of safety management, main problems of the present domestic research field, one is the theoretical research and application with the foreign developed countries still have large gap; 2 it is domestic safety supervision level and the mechanism needs further ascension; Three is the enterprise safety management level is generally low. Paper introduces what is safe and what is accident, and studied the theory of the accident cause, from people’s unsafe ACTS, unsafe state of object and environment factor three aspects to explore. At the same time using the event tree, the fault tree, comparative analysis and so on safety evaluation theory, explore the mechanism of coal mine safety accidents happen, find out to strengthen the safety management, the way to avoid the accident.In tianshui, gansu province plum gold mine for example, a comprehensive system to evaluate the mine safety management, first introduced the plum basic situation of mine safety management, emphasis from the production technology, network security management, security management system, personnel quality, daily safety management are introduced, such as running for nearly 20 years of Labour to accident and the accident statistics and preliminary analysis, put forward the coping strategies.
