In recent years,color spinning yarns are favored by today's consiumers because of its soft color,rich color and low-carbon environment.With the rapid development of science and technology,more and more enterprises pay attention to color measureme nt and matching of color spinning by computer.At present,computer color matching is based on data obtained from spun yarn color measurement.In this paper,the color difference of the fiber assembly in the spinning process is studied,and it provides a basis for discussing whether computer color matching can be done with the data obtained from fiber color measurement.At the same time,based on the Stearns-Noechel model and the Friele model,the color matching algorithm of the color spinning is improved,which improves the accuracy of computer color matching.First,the article blends red,yellow,and blue fibers,and selects experimental samples for color measurement and analysis.Combined with the spectral reflectance curve and the CMC color difference formula,it can be seen that during the spinning process,the color difference between the fiber web and the sliver and the roving is small,almost all less than 1,and can be accepted,but the color difference between the fiber web and the spun yarn is large,almost all are greater than 1,and the difference between colors is obvious.It is found from the line diagram of the colorimetric parameters that the brightness and saturation of the fiber assembly in the spinning process decrease-with the depth of processing,while the hue remains basically unchanged.On this basis,the SPSS is used to perform binary regression analysis on the colorimetric parameters and the fiber ratio of the blend,and a model is established.The model can be used to predict the color difference between the samples.Then,through the design experiment,the paper analyzes the influence of fiber parallel straightness and twist factor on the color difference of fiber assembly during spinning.It is found that the parallelism of the fibers has less influence on the chromatic aberration of the fiber assembly,and the twist factor has a great influence on the chromatic aberration of the fiber assembly.It is also considered that the chromatic aberration is caused by whether the sample to be tested is completely opaque at the time of color measurement.The article clarified the standard of sample preparation for the measurement of yarns and knitted fabrics.Finally,the paper improves the color matching algorithm of the color spinning based on the Steams-Noechel model and the Friele model.For the Steams-Noechel model,the average fitted color difference was 1.02 when the fitted formula was calculated using the fixed optimal parameter M.The determination method of the unknown parameter M is changed,and the cyclic assignment is performed.When the minimum color difference is selected,the corresponding M value is the optimal parameter to calculate the fitting formula.The average fitting color difference is 0.477,and the color matching effect is inproved.On this basis,the human visual characteristics are represented by codes and used for computer color matching.The average fitting color difference is 0.201,and the color matching effect is further improved.For the Friele model,the article selects the selection criterion for the unknown parameter Q from the smallest color difference to the minimum of the reflectance deviation.And put forward a new evaluation standard,that is,the relative deviation of the formula.The improved algorithm improves the color matching accuracy while ensuring that the color difference between the standard sample and the fitted sample is less than 1.It makes the calculated fit recipe closer to the standard recipe.It can be applied to computer color matching of color spinning.
