| Oil is the essential part of modern industry and an important strategic material related to the lifeline of national economy and security.As the global economy descends and domestic economic growth slows down,the growth rate of demand for oil resources slows down.The continuous progress of technology in the oil industry and the rapid development of clean and low-carbon energy technologies have made the growth potential of oil supply significantly higher than that of demand.And in recent years,the price of crude oil has been hovering at a low level,which puts great pressure on traditional refined oil sales enterprises.Especially in recent years,the price of refined oil market has been liberalized,the competition in the sales market has intensified,the sales volume and profits of some refined oil sales enterprises have been continuously reduced,and even some sales enterprises have already incurred losses,bringing severe challenges to the long-term development of refined oil sales enterprises.In order to study the direction of refined oil sales enterprises under the current market environment and situation,this paper,taking Z Oil Inner Mongolia Company as an example,uses PEST analysis,five forces model,SWOT analysis and other strategic management theoretical tools to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of its external environment and internal resources,and puts forward its diversified development strategy.It also puts forward the strategic development direction from three aspects of making excellent oil products,making non-oil products bigger and expanding gas,and lists the specific measures and safeguard measures to implement the strategy,so as to help it to solve the problems existing in its current operation,increase the profit of the enterprise,and promote the realization of the goal of steady and long-term development.The main content of this paper includes five parts.Firstly,it focuses on the research background and research purpose of Z Oil Inner Mongolia Company’s development strategy,and puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of this research on its long-term development.Secondly,it lists the relevant theories of strategic research to lay a theoretical foundation for the choice of the development strategy.Thirdly,analyze the external environment and internal conditions of it.Fourthly,SWOT method is adopted to comprehensively and clearly recognize the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise as a whole,define the specific strategic objectives and policies,and propose the development strategy choice for it.Fifth,it puts forward the specific content and safeguard measures of its development strategy.Through the study of this article,the conclusion is as follows: First,oil sales enterprises must adjust their development strategies in time according to market changes in order to achieve long-term development;Second,oil sales enterprises should be market-oriented,customer-centered,and formulate development strategies that meet the needs of the market in combination with the actual situation of the enterprises.Third,deepening reform and continuous innovation are effective ways to maintain the vitality of enterprises.In short,the diversified development strategy is the conclusion of Z Oil Inner Mongolia Company based on its own reality and market demand.The ultimate goal is to realize the successful transformation,upgrading and long-term development of refined oil sales enterprises. |
