The Role Expectation And Practice Research Of Non-genetic Inheritors Of Skills

As a social role accompanying the practice of intangible cultural heritage protection,the inheritors are not only an important object of the practice of intangible cultural heritage protection,but also an important force to promote the protection of intangible cultural heritage.From the perspective of social role theory,based on the importance of role expectations for role actors,this paper analyzes the role expectations of Inheritors of manual skill of intangible cultural heritage from three dimensions:government,public and industry.Because the individual's social practice is not only regulated by the role expectation,but also reflects the individual's initiative to a certain extent.Therefore,the role analysis should be based on the practical practice of these inheritorsTaking the inheritors of Suzhou Shuangfeng Xinhu dragon-lion production skills as the object of case analysis,the development history and inheritance context as well as the role practice of the inheritor are sorted out,and the characteristics and shortcomings of the inheritors's inheritance practice are analyzed.The inheritors of Shuangfeng Xinhu dragon-lion production skills are not only endowed with multi-dimensional role expectations by the government,society and practitioners in the same industry,but also their self-role cognition is strengthened with the continuous dragon-lion production,which showed a progressive features.In addition,their role practice is restricted by subjective and objective factors.On the one hand,the role understanding ability and role playing ability of the inheritor affect the effect of the inheritance practice to different degrees.On the other hand,the role tension of the inheritor and the imperfection of the role practice situation also make his or her role playing behavior and results not fully consistent with the multi-dimensional role expectation.To adjust the role distance in the role practice of the inheritors of dragon-lion making skills needs inheritance of individual in-depth study of inheritance of knowledge,improve the consciousness of protection,spreading and inheriting dragon-lion production techniques.It also requires the government,society and other subjects of intangible cultural heritage protection to improve role norms and organize role learning,and construct the interest coordination mechanism of the inheritors to promote the transformation and upgrading of the dragon-lion production industry,so as to improve the role practice situation of the inheritors and promote the inheritance of the dragon-lion production skills.This also provides a reference for analyzing the role of inheritors of technical intangible cultural heritage.
