With the rapid development of injection molding technology,the demand for the molding quality,performance and production cycle of injection molding products is increasing.Experience and repeated trials have failed to meet the requirements of current mold design,especially for some complicated and precise molds It is difficult to comprehensively consider and correctly deal with various influencing factors based on experience.We can predict the molding defects of plastic products,optimize the injection mold structure and injection molding process parameters by using HSCAE technology and software simulation analysis to provide manufacturers with reasonable and effective solutions.Aiming at the defects such as air pockets,weld mark and warping deformation after the injection molding of Heyue handwritten board,this paper uses CAE technology to simulate and analyze the injection molding process,and develops a study on the optimization design of mold structure,pouring system,cooling system and injection molding process parameters.This paper makes a research on Heyue handwritten board.In this paper,a finite element analysis model is established through grid manager,which is used to divide and repair the grid to ensure the accuracy of flow analysis and cooling analysis results.Then we can use HSCAE software to simulate and analyze three different plans.And we can accurately predict the position of air pockets and weld mark,pressure distribution,cooling effect and warping quantity by analyzing filling,pressure keeping,cooling and warping results.Finally,the defects of the product were solved by optimizing the mold structure and technological parameters.And the product quality was improved.Finally,a reasonable design scheme of pouring system and cooling system was obtained.This research can provide more technical support and help for the plastic mold manufacturing enterprises.It will solve various problems in the actual production and create good economic and social benefits for the enterprises.
