In recent years,with the relevant departments of the state vigorously promoting the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese herbal medicine has become a strategic resource concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.We call it "traditional Chinese medicine",most of them are natural botanicals.The traditional processing of plant traditional Chinese medicine refers to the removal of medicinal materials by processing methods to eliminate or reduce the toxicity of drugs in the composition and the use of side effects,thereby changing the performance of drugs,making it easy to prepare and take to enhance the efficacy.This topic through the membrane separation technology and equipment for the separation of Chinese herbal medicine drug ingredients,to achieve the people want directly for the treatment of drugs,greatly improving the use of traditional Chinese medicine resources and efficacy.In conjunction with the development of membrane separation and purification equipment,the design and development of control systems,separation systems,recoil cleaning systems,and detection and display systems have been completed.This paper has calculated and selected the framework equipment,fittings and system parameters used in the equipment,according to the pharmaceuticals.Hygiene technical grade requirements,select the appropriate stainless steel pipe fittings as the basic material of the device connection components,and thus constitute the hydraulic system circuit.In order to improve the accuracy of separating and purifying the traditional Chinese medicine liquid from the separation system,the author determined through research that the separation system consists of three ultrafiltration membrane modules.In terms of equipment automation,solenoid valves were selected instead of manual valves,and sensors,PLCs,and touch screens were combined to form a control system to realize automated production and real-time display of equipment.The equipment developed is basically similar to the equipment used in production on the scale of automation and human-computer interaction.It can provide more intuitive,safe,and convenient training for operators in vocational training,but the cost is low,and equipment is Vocational schools and training departments have higher price/performance ratios.The equipment can also be applied to the trial production of small batches of pharmaceuticals,as well as the acquisition of important processes such as ground dragons,earthworms,and Shuanghuanglian oral liquids.
